The Cottage is situated in the center of the estate.  There is a gentle stream
alongside the cottage, a separate screen house with table, and a large covered
porch on the bedroom level for just relaxing. Both levels of the cottage are ground
level.  The living room, kitchen and eating area are on one level with a sliding
glass door out to the screen house.  The bedrooms are on the other level, with
full bath, and open to the covered porch.  The covered porch looks over a large
mowed rolling field, which is a great place to spend time reading, watching the
deer or wild turkeys, throwing a frisbee or flying a kite.
